TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

By confirming your slot for a commission, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions below on this page.

Finished pieces may or may not be posted online unless asked to keep private. Please provide clear instructions/references as much as you can so I can produce a result that is close to your vision. The purchase is strictly digital and will delivered through either google drive link or email (whichever is preferable for the client).

Please let me know if you want a specific deadline for your commission. Otherwise, I will work at my preferred pace.

REVISIONS

It is okay to ask me to change the colors, adjust details, etc. Any major changes after the sketch is approved will be charged extra depending on the stage the artwork is in and the difficulty.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Sketches may take around 2/3 days depending on queue and workload, the final work may take anywhere between a week or a month depending on the complexity and details needed in the piece.

USAGE

The commissions are for personal use and can be shared on your personal social media, print copies for you and your friends but you cannot sell them in anyway shape or form.

If your commission is meant to be use in a monetized video or stream asset, please use commercial option.(2 x base price)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All pieces will have my watermark and credit unless it's for commercial use. You CANNOT claim the work as your own or use it for profit.

REFUNDS

Refunds are allowed if the commissioned piece is not started. No refunds will be given otherwise.

COMMUNICATION

We can communicate details using dms here or your preferred social media. I may not send you WIPs unless asked for or I feel I need to. I may send you progress every few days.
